Dumplings are a staple food for Chinese people. We don't just eat them during festivals like Chinese New Year and the Winter Solstice—we make them from scratch. Join us for this magical process as we transform flour and various ingredients into delicious dumplings. It will be a home dining experience, meaning you will be invited to my home! It’s not commercial - it’s where I live, work, play and cook :) Of course we will also be sharing our cultures as we meet. Look forward to the cultural exchanges! P.S. We have different fillings for dumplings available: 1) Chives, egg, pork, shrimp (韭菜、鸡蛋、猪肉、虾仁) 2) Zucchini, egg, shrimp (西葫芦、鸡蛋、虾仁) 3) Zucchini, carrot, egg, shrimp (西葫芦、胡萝卜、鸡蛋、虾仁) 4) Fennel, pork (茴香、猪肉) 5) Fennel, dried tofu, egg (茴香、豆干、鸡蛋) We can discuss and custom which fillings work for you!
